Methodist's Nutrition Services are centered on helping you make healthy food choices for a healthier you! Through individual nutrition counseling, our registered dietitians can help you lose weight, decrease cholesterol and fat in your diet, improve oral intake when you have swallowing or chewing difficulties, understand dietary guidelines based on disease, and choose appropriate supplements to increase your protein and/or calories.
