Arterial Doppler

This test uses ultrasound (sound waves) to examine blood flow in the arteries in the arms or legs. Blood pressures will be measured at various locations on the arms and legs using blood pressure cuffs. A small probe may also be moved over the surface of the legs or arms to create images of the arteries. This test is used to determine blockage in the arteries.
