National Nurses' Week!

National Nurses' Week is celebrated annually from May 6 (also known as National Nurses' Day) through May 12 (the birthday of Florence Nightingale, the founder of modern nursing).  Nobody can argue the critical role nurses have in our lives.  They care for us and our families and offer support and guidance in times of need.

What can I do?

• Hug a nurse!  Tell a nurse you appreciate their care.  A kind word and a smile can easily make someone's day.
• At Methodist, we have Cheer Cards.  Feel free to send one to a nurse to show you care.
• Use our Contact Us form to send a compliment about the quality of care you received from a nurse at Methodist.
