Crock Chicken Posole
2 14½ oz cans Golden Hominy, drained
1 4 oz can chopped green chili peppers & liquid
1 medium onion (½ cup), chopped
1 lb chicken, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 14½ oz can tomatoes, undrained and chopped
2 14½ oz can low salt chicken broth
Place all ingredients in crockery cooker. Cover and cook, low for 5-6 hours or high for 2½-3 hours. Add tbsp fresh cilantro and fat-free sour cream as garnish. Serve.
