Methodist College of Nursing Endowment Fund

Your gift to the College of Nursing Endowment provides financial stability for the College for years to come. Endowment funds maintain a capital corpus, and interest earned on the corpus can be used to subsidize operational losses or for capital needs. This financial stability increases the credibility of the institution. The campaign for the Endowment Fund has a goal of one million dollars.

For more than one hundred years, the Methodist College of Nursing has been educating nursing professionals. Graduates of the 2-year program earn a BSN and are in demand throughout the medical profession. Two years of general education at an accredited college is a prerequisite.

Methodist College of Nursing Program Fund

Your gift to the College of Nursing Program Fund is used to enhance the curriculum, purchase equipment, and update the technology used in the educational process. Tuition does not cover the costs of a nursing education. The Program Fund covers the gaps and improves the learning environment.

College of Nursing Scholarship Funds

Providing financial assistance to a deserving student is a wonderful investment. Your gift to the College of Nursing Scholarship Fund allows someone to fulfill their dream of becoming a medical professional in the nursing field. Foundation scholarship funds include endowed scholarships, memorial scholarships, and named scholarship funds.

For information on naming a scholarship, please call the Foundation at 309-672-5741.

Nursing Continuing Education Fund

In the fast paced world of medical technology, treatment protocols and patient management techniques change daily. Donors to the Foundation’s Nursing Continuing Education Fund use their gift to express their appreciation and support for the Methodist Medical Center nursing staff by providing funds for nurses to travel to professional conferences and seminars.
