Camp Courageous

How do you mend a broken heart?
Children ages 5 to 18 who have suffered the loss of an important person in their lives need something other than medical care; they need understanding, support, affection, company, and fun.
All this and more is provided free of charge at Camp Courageous, a one-day camp that helps children deal with their sadness under the direction of trained grief counselors.
An extension of Methodist Hospice Services, Camp Courageous is funded through gifts to the Foundation.
Your gift of $250 provides this life-affirming experience for a child who needs to know there are people who care.
Pediatric Medical Services
A sick child presents a special set of circumstances that requires special care and understanding.
Your gift to the Foundation’s Pediatric Services fund will be used to purchase and update pediatric equipment and technology and to provide specialized training for the nurses that care for children at Methodist. Educational materials and services for parents are also funded by these dollars. Click here to help provide outstanding healthcare for a child today!
